Firelight, "The Highest Point in Highlands Ranch!"
My family and I are proud to be residents of the Firelight community for the past 19 years! Firelight is a newer community located at the southern side of the Denver/Metro area, and is part of the master-planned community of Highlands Ranch.

There are over 1,800 homes in Firelight, with home prices ranging from the $400K's to $900K+, and there are dozens of unique floor plans to choose from. This lovely neighborhood boasts one of the highest elevations of any neighborhood in the south Metro area, and thus has many sites with sweeping mountain and city views. The southern edge of Firelight adjoins Wildcat Mountain Reserve (also known as the Backcountry Wilderness area), giving the community intimate contact with nature as well as offering many home sites that back to this beautiful open space.

Firelight feels private yet is close to everything: shopping is literally right around the corner at Highland Walk; stunning Park Meadows Mall is an easy drive; the Denver Tech Center, Inverness, and Meridian business hubs are just minutes away; Denver International Airport is a reasonable distance via E-470; and glorious Daniels Park is just "over the hill."

Highlands Ranch offers many amenities, including miles of walking/biking trails, and four state-of-the-art recreation centers. The newest rec center, Southridge Recreation Center, is located just two minutes east of Firelight.
