Fee Structure (Commission Rates)
My commission rates are reasonable and very competitive.
If you need more information or have questions, please contact me directly. Sellers: I will sell your home for 5.0% of the contract sales price. This commission is split as follows: 2.5% is paid to my company, Brokers Guild Real Estate; the remaining 2.5% is paid to the co-operating Broker working with the Buyer. Buyers: My fees are typically paid in full by the Listing Broker in the transaction. Please contact me for more information. |
